Printing Today has been in business in Portland since 1985. We were a small sheet-fed quick printer until November of 1999, when Frank Stammers, a former president of Graphic Arts Center, bought the company and rebuilt it from the inside out.

In the first six months, all new technology was purchased for every department, from prepress through shipping. Five brand new presses (three 6-color and two 2-color) were installed. Existing employees were retrained and many talented printing veterans in Portland were recruited.

In the process, a gung-ho culture of “no fear” was created that is totally customer-driven. Today, we’re proud to be at the forefront of new printing techniques, as a preferred test printer for technical advances by some of the industry’s cutting edge companies.
